Shipping Information

All items listed as “ready to ship” will leave our studio within 1-3 business days. Personalized orders please allow 5 business days to create and another 1-3 days to ship.

We will let you know when your purchases are shipped with tracking information.

All purchases shipped via USPS First Class Mail from Jersey City, NJ.

Interactive Dragon Monsters and Les Musettes make wonderful gifts! Please message if your purchase is for a gift. We will gladly provide complimentary gift wrapping and a note per your instructions.

International Orders: We ship via USPS International First Class Mail. Transit time is normally 7-10 days. Customer is responsible for customs clearance for your country.

Rush Orders: If you need an Interactive Dragon Monster or Musette speedily, let us know and we are happy to accommodate.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other international payment methods when available. We ship as soon as payment clears. You will receive an email notification when we ship.

Tax

New Jersey Residents - a 6.625 % sales tax will be collected.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

I take pride in my craftsmanship. If there are any quality questions let me know immediately so I can taken care of it. I will be happy to offer a refund or exchange on an item received that is not as described or damaged upon delivery.  Please contact me immediately and mail it back to me in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund or exchange (less shipping costs).
